Prior to joining CT Investors Realty in 2020, Scott worked as a Senior Associate at Foxfield Industrial focusing on industrial acquisitions along the east coast.
Previously, Scott spent 5 years as an Associate at Marcus Partners and TA Realty working within asset management, disposition, and acquisition roles.
Scott earned a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.
Brian Kevin Lagrange graduated from USAFA in 2013 and attained his Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 2015. He conducted Advanced Weapons Research for 9 years as a Lead Project Engineer. After separating from the military in 2022, He became a commercial real estate agent licensed in FL and VA under eXp Commercial Brokerage. He also joined Sabal Capital Group as an understudy for Commercial Real Estate financing. He hopes to continue his service as a financial advisor on commercial investments. Eric van Dalen got his FL real estate license in 2021 & was the 14th Commercial agent to join the eXp FL team. Eric lives with his wife and two daughters in Montana. He enjoys reading non-fiction books and studying cryptocurrencies in his spare time. He brings with him a sincere desire to learn and be an asset to whomever he surrounds himself with.
Jonathan Howell has recently joined eXp Commercial as a licensed commercial associate serving the Central Florida Region. Jonathan brings with him a passion for Real Estate from his father as an Architect and Developer back in his home country of South Africa. He resides in the Orlando area with his wife and son. They enjoy visiting Disney and he enjoys playing golf at the many wonderful courses in the area.
